Who needs exercise class?

March waited a day or two to come in like a lion but sure enough this morning as I gallumphed out with the recycling, there was the predicted new snow in the driveway. Nothin' like what The Jr Girl hasbeen slogging through in the wilds of TO but still, more snow. In March. I would becussing exceptImight really like to try onemoreski before putting the boards away. Himself is doubtless somewhere scratching his head as I've skied more this winter (all5times) than we skied in his last two years. Go figure.

And what is it about the Recycling Guy??? For YEARS he has been moseying along our street about 2:30 or 3 in the afternoon. Two weeks ago, WHAM!! BAM!!!! Thank you Ma'am!!! There he was at 8 flippin' 30 in the ayem and there I was running back and forth to our across-the-street-so-not-picked-up-yet neighbours with my (several) bags. Fortunately, there is no limit on the # of recycling bags which is, as I have been shredding former lives like my middle names are Richard (Nixon) and Conrad (Black), A Good Thing (as someother famous person likes to say). There IS a limit on the number of garbage containers but I don't know what it is as I never reach it and the neighbours return the recycling favour by using up my limit. I am especially popular post-+mas.

And one morething in the interests of cleaning up lives: didja know that one can clean one's keyboard by prying off the keytops and dealing with the accumulated science project that is living underthem and then washing, rinsing and replacing the keys?? Me neither but after last week's Uglies (Doctor Poppa's diagnosis of moststuff now called "flu"), it seemed sensible to clean the bugs frommy hands and the keyboard which they had been touching. The keyboard looks like new except for M N A and E - which have almostdisappeared - and the Space Bar. Seems that I have managedto gimp it up somehow so the spaces appearwhenever they want to and not alwayswhen I want themto. The Jr Boy has tried, I have tried. I may have to take it to the shop. Or I might simply startan irritating new code.

Going to work and maybe for a ski. Running recycling out biweekly is not enough exercise.

Stillbreathing.
